In the previous issue, we introduced the name and positioning of the product. In this issue, we will introduce you to the actual management screen and what kind of functions are available.

Administration Page

When you log in, Welcome Name! while the information of the logged-in user is displayed in the form of the following message when a new feature is released.

The main screen shows the main steps in Content Hub ONE with four icons.

  • Model content Takes you to the administration page to configure settings about the structure of the content
  • Create content Using the created content format, we will create the content itself
  • Upload media items You can upload image files, etc.
  • Get it to the channel You can get the API key that applications such as Next.js use to take data from Content Hub ONE.

Check the top-level menu

We will review the menu items listed at the top.

Content model

Two models are available in the Content model, and the following screen shows the screen when Content Types is selected. Since nothing has been created yet, the + Add type button is displayed.

The other is the Taxonomies section, which shows a + Create taxonomy button because nothing has been registered yet.

Content

There is no data for content yet. Also, content types themselves have not been prepared, so it is necessary to create content types first.

Media

Since you have not yet uploaded any files, instructions for uploading files will appear on the screen.

The files that can be uploaded are as follows

  • Images: Jpeg, PNG, Gif and webp data, 70 MB or less in size
  • Documents: PDF, Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, up to 200MB in size

File uploading will be introduced at a later date.

Settings

This screen is an administrative screen where you can obtain the values you need to use Content Hub ONE.

The menu on the left side is as follows

  • System information - Various system values can be checked
  • Usage - You can check the status of your usage
  • Locales - You can check the language you are using
  • API Keys - You can create API keys needed for collaboration, etc.
  • OAuth client - You can get information about the certification

Each of these items will be presented on a separate occasion.

Summary

In this case, the form is a glance at the administration screen. To create content, you must first create a content format. In the next issue, we would like to create the content format.
